In Partij, Wittem in Limburg, the Netherlands. This has a beautiful roling landscape, very much like the English countryside. You will stay in a 300-year-old carré farm house, surrounded by a beautiful big garden which has a 19th century bakehouse, which was traditionally used to bake the bread for the nearby Castle Wittem.
With spring in the air, we will spend most of our time cooking outside or in the small bakery house. We will show you all sorts of different cooking techniques and we will prepare and share a wonderful meal together, which we will eat outside or in the baking house. And we will make a traditional Bosnian pita with a “Peka”, a traditional pan which lid you fill with coals.
